For 2 years, I had good service. But sunday I was getting gas then paid inside, but it didn't work, so I asked what was wrong. The worker I asked was very rude.

It's an excellent place to get a cold beverage and that gas attendant Thomas is just the nicest gentleman that you could ever have pumping your gas he washes every customers window he helps everyone he can he's. He's the greatest thing sinced bread

I went in here to buy something to drink and some lottery tickets today. I was told by a lady that I had to wait 5 min until shift change to get the lottery tickets and that was fine. When I went back in the store to buy my lottery tickets the man "helping" me was very very rude! As soon as I said I'm getting lottery tickets I felt his energy change to complete annoyance towards me. I had asked for, 3 of 2 kinds. He informed me that they were all out of one and then I took a few seconds to figure out what other 1 I wanted and that is when I asked what am I at now, $17? He became very irritated with having to do his job and help the customer. I said okay well I'm pretty sure it's $3 I have left so I'll take three of the frog ones up here and he even had attitude about that meanly saying what one do you want? I did not make it difficult. I did not make him wait. I was there simply to get $20 worth of scratch offs. While he was ringing the cards up, he was tossing my tickets around and they are now landing on the floor. And God knows what is tracked back there on that floor! I was mad so when it came time to give him my money I kind of pushed the $20 bill towards him and he mumbled something underneath his breath That's when I said well you had attitude first and then he proceeded to tell me to get out of his store. Now, call me at Karen but to me that was the worst customer service I had ever experienced in my life that man should lose his job! And to top it off, as I was driving away he had the tenacity to stick his head out the drive-thru window and yell offensive language towards me!! I will be contacting the manager and I will make sure this man hates me and hates coming to work until I received an apology!

The Local people will not go in there with them all saying the same thing that they don,t feel safe going in there especially at night because of all the high traffic of drug users that are welcomed with open arms by the assistant manager and being inappropriately mean to all the other people.

I know it’s hard to find good employees right now but you should really expect more out of people you employ. “Mr USA sunglasses” needs a class in how to treat customers. Guy was yelling at me over the microphone in the parking lot telling me I’m a mean guy and not to come back ? really?

Weird Vibe here at night. Disrespectful employees and a manager that allows it. No matter where you work you should take some sort of pride in your job. These people do not!!

Today I came in and a worker walked in without a mask on. I told the employee at the counter that it's a violation of OSHA covid mandates for his coworker to not wear a mask. The employee who I spoke to said "Do you want to tell him that?".Clearly the owner/management of this location does not care about enforcing the law or protecting the health and safety of their workers and their community.I'll take my business elsewhere.
