We have loved our experience with umpqua bank. The staff has always been helpful and very friendly. I'm extremely saddened to discover our local branch is being closed. We need a local branch to take care of problems. Unfortunately we will not be staying with this awful decision. I really feel for our local employees who will be loosing their jobs. Sending positive thoughts to those employees, hopefully they will find gainful income.

I used to love this bank but the manager CHUCK can't ever seem to do his job. He has hung up on me several times for "yelling" when he stated just prior he couldn't hear me. Then refused to help me solve the issue triggering an anxiety attack and financially f***** my family for an entire week. Would never recommend this bank until the rude manager is gone.

Poor poor service, I have never had this many problems with a bank before. Oh why did I ever switch from WellsFargo to this bank? As a bank, when a customer calls to stop a charge you should stop the charge instead of trying to charge them $35 to stop the charge, this is bad business and puts a soar taste in my mouth.

This is the best bank ever!! They have customer service down to a fine art. They are super friendly, super helpful, super nice people who never frown or complain at what ever request I have. I would recommend this bank to anyone.
