I had a problem in Pendleton and I was in la grande and I needed it fixed and Ms.Dallas got right on it. She was extremely helpful and helped me solve my problem very quickly. She also was very professional and did her job perfectly, I have worked for community bank in la grande so I of all people can tell you she is amazing. Thankful we have helpful people in all community banks.

Considering moving to the area, dropped in without an appointment to ask about options for financing a home locally; mortgage originator was not in the office, but friendly customer service attendant was quick to welcome us and spend 10-15 minutes chatting about our situation with no pressure and genuine personal interest. The building felt like an established local bank with employees who are interested in the customers -- definitely a place we will feel comfortable banking if we make this area our home.
