“I am not a big review guy on Facebook. however I am compelled to share the Pendleton Oregon branch manager Renee and her Hired Gun Dustin turned what was easily one of the top 5 worst days I've had in quite some time, into an amazing experience. I am absolutely ecstatic about becoming an old west customer. I'm sure there are plenty of people out there who are happy with their banking all I can say is give old west to try and you will be happier thanks Renee”

“I have been their customer for many many years. Their customer service is excellent, staff is friendly and helpful, and the building is clean and welcoming. Loan rates/fees are generally better than “regular” financial institutions and they provide many different services. I definitely recommend them. They aim to please for sure. ?”
