Their office staff is always pleasant and helpful, but the drivers have consistently been a source of frustration. On one occasion, I watched a driver toss a package containing my $70 sunglasses over my fence into the grass, even though the fence is quite far from my door. Another time, a package was simply left in the middle of my driveway, also far from the entrance. I’ve even seen a driver walk through a gap in my bushes—currently in the process of growing back—instead of using the gate. These are just a few examples, but they reflect a recurring pattern of carelessness and disregard. Unfortunately, no matter who the driver is, the experience has been consistently disappointing.

My package has been in Pendleton all day and was to be delivered to day. But now thay decided to change the delivery to tomorrow. I'd like to know if I can come and get it but you can not get a real person on the phone and the computer will not put you through ...that is not good business...a real person could of answered my questions the computer just hangs up... for that one star.... .....

Bad parking area too crowded, personally not a fan of little strip malls so others opinion likely different. Busy, crowded kind of cluttered due to small space. Staff professional and courteous once you get that far but be prepared to wait unless you know how to do everything yourself.

The gentleman operating this store provided me with a great kindness today after there was a mishap with my package delivery due to a miscommunication from the sender. Kudos to him and the driver that helped me get my package back!

Our fedex driver takes our packages and goes into our apartment building tosses our boxes onto the lobby flour and walks away leaving them for anyone who walks by instead of doing his job and placing them by our apartment door. The local fedex refuses to talk with the driver on this inappropriate behaivor.

Skinny old man driver, parks the van agaainst traffic and leaves the high beams on at night. J*** MOVE. Also, even though Im standing right at my gate waiting for him to hand me my package, he gets out and sets it on the STREET. HE IS A J**** He also loves ditching boxes at my gate that are very clearly not my address. Rude, lazy, j****

I have had two boxes left at my door wet almost falling apart with red dye coming out. I'm guessing the person carrying my boxes can not handle the weight in box so the drop it cause my stuff to pop open. I understand its also sender fault for badly packaging but what made someone think it would it should continue to come to my address and why did it not get sent back to its original sender?how could they leave a wet box with holes on my door?

A recent package from overseas was not delivered to my workplace, although correctly addressed. It was listed in tracking as incorrect address. It turns out that fedex/driver reported it as needing an APARTMENT number. My community college has been in the same location and had the same address for 60 years. I'm definitely putting this one down as the fault of driver. CONFIRM location address versus package address before not completing delivery and listing some bogus reason.My package would have left the local facility and gone to essentially a dead letter office if I had not been on top of tracking it and gotten it picked up, myself, yesterday.
