Unreliable when needing them the most. ATM was down on the weekend, unable to withdraw needed funds. This occurrence is often as their machine breaks down once every three months rendering their machine to be unusable for transactions.

Until this week, I had been a satisfied customer of the root of this credit Union for nearly four DECADES.
Due to misunderstanding, or misinterpreting, my voicemail message, my account was closed against my intentions. ?
When I went in to clear the matter up, I was informed that I would have to begin again as a "new" member, with a new account. 35+ years of history wiped.
Sad and disappointing.
All done based on voicemail - no "live" contact
Pity.
At least there are no "marks against me"; the only saving grace.

Went to open an account. The helper. Was very rude. Yelling in front of other customers. Only locals are the only one. That can open an account there. Why she had to stand up and yell. It out loud. So the whole town of Pendleton. Can hear. Remember me. You in the very first stale. Wasn't call for. Very nasty girl

I have been their customer for many many years. Their customer service is excellent, staff is friendly and helpful, and the building is clean and welcoming. Loan rates/fees are generally better than “regular” financial institutions and they provide many different services. I definitely recommend them. They aim to please for sure. ?

My husband and I just opened an account and a Home Equity Line of Credit. What a great experience! They beat all other interest rates in town plus Kathy explained the process thoroughly AND kept in constant contact regarding approval plus answered all of our additional questions. We are switching all of our accounts over!

Have been banking here for over 15 years and they offer more than the low/no fee policy that Credit Unions have over banks. Accuracy, friendliness (greet you by name), low-cost loans, money market accounts and easy transfers are complemented by a surprising array of online services and understanding, problem-solving phone customer service. That problem-solving attitude is rare among financial institutions - these folks actually WANT to help you.
