This store and staff where amazing! The gal that cleaned and reshaped my hat did a great job, I couldn't be happier. Bought a new shirt that I received a lot of compliments on. Five stars isn't enough. A must stop when in Pendleton, we'll definitely be back. They even had cookies for Ansel ?????

Literally the worse run bar I have ever experienced. When are here 3 years ago the food was great but don't go here to get a drink. I am not telling you the bar tenders are bad. I am saying the process is completely broken. People stand in line where a bar tender will provide help serving stations not a new concept.

This review is going to be strictly on their 1883 Cafe & Wine Bar. We decided to stop her before eating at the Steak House. We wanted some wine & an appetizer so we could enjoy the evening before dinner. We got two wine flights (one red & one white) and the Spinach Artichoke dip. The young lady who served us was very knowledgeable and was an amazing server. The Spinach Artichoke dip with the Pita bread was wonderful. In fact it was probably some of the beat we had. While we didn't enjoy the white flight of wine, that is our own palette and we did love the Reds that were offered in the flight. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and a wonderful introduction to Hamleys.

Just an ordinary want a be western store in a town that comes alive twice a year. Walk in that place any day of the week. Same stuff in the exact same place. Funny, when 75% of the population of Pendleton is on snap and benefits that they would charge prices that the citizens can't afford. It's all about the Round Up. Ship the homeless population out of the area. Change out the menu's, charge twice as much fo everything and let home owners charge $200 a night to park a rv on their lawn or rent out their houses for a couple of thousand for the week. Over all. Nothing special about the food or merchandise. There are way better buts in other cities.

Well this store is a one of kind experience with one of a kind employees! Six stars wouldn’t be enough! You just cannot find a place that has the incredible quality of products, people and history this place has. My buddy and I had no intention of buying anything specific and walked out with brand new boots that were perfect for our needs. Rachelle took the time to help shape up my friend’s antique hat that had been his fathers and taught us all about the history of the shop and the furniture inside. We will be customers for life and bringing friends anytime we can!

We stopped in here on our road trip after trying their great house red wine at the store. The burgers are very filling. Super great service. They let us bring our dog in and gave her a nice treat. Worth the stop
