  Am concerned about ever getting a window replaced under warranty. One delay after another and now a year has passed. People have gone dark in spite of repeated requests to call us to schedule the replacement window that is claimed to be on hand. About ready to get someone else to replace the window and send them the bill.

  I called another glass co. In town and they came and measured the window and said they would call and let me know the price. I never got a return call. This was 4 days ago. Called Integrity and the made appointment and they showed up and two hours later my window was replaced by a very efficient and polite young man. Thank... read full comment

  Great work, friendly family, and they listen to the customer to give them the best they can.
