We are traveling in a motorhome and our rear axle seal began to leak oil. I called and talked to Sadie around 5:30pm and she scheduled me for the following morning. When I arrived at 7am, Joe got his mechanic on it and repairs were completed in a timely manner. Motorhome's are not their specialty but axle seals they are great at.
Thank you for getting me in the next morning and back on the road so quickly.

We went to Kenworth sales in Pendleton for some general matenience on our T680. Including a front differential seal leak. Upon inspection, the mechanics noticed our front differential contained metal shards left over from the original manufacturer and recommended we fixed the differential under our extended manufacturer warranty Meritor. They saved us over $6000 and fixed our front differential in a timely manner. The job was mostly covered under warranty. They got our front differential working like it should with a cleanout and rebuild. They were informed and professional in the process and got the jobs warranty completed and approved. Our Mechanic Robert was very experienced, and the manager Joel kept us informed on the process and made sure it was completed correctly on time. Overall, we like this location for its good mechanics, professional handling warranties, and an excellent location for sitting because of the Wild Horse Cassino and driver amenities nearby. We are now back up and running, and our matenience was completed professionally and within budget. In total, they worked on our transmission flush, front differential rebuild, rear differential flush, DOT inspection and one new shock. Thank you for getting our equipment working properly.

I went in on a Saturday with an air leak the mechanic that worked on it was a great guy but a little inexperienced he spent 4 hrs on something that was not the problem he thought he had fixed the leak but hadn't, so to there credit they all jumped in and found the leak and Cody made good on the bill, thanks guys.

Fantastic service from the first phone call to the end of repair. Jason helped me on the phone he sent Mobile tech Marty right out to us. They were quick, efficient & professional all the way through the repair. I've used this shop before & always had a great experience. I've used many shops all over the country & Marty is a top notch tech, better than most for sure. He has great skills & is very knowledgeable. Thank you KW for all your help .

Kenworth Pendleton handled my repair quickly and with great care. Jason in the service department was very helpful, found additional parts I was looking for. Driver's lounge was small but adequate. Highly recommend them for semi truck repair!

Very happy with the team!!! We are from British Columbia
We blew our radiator in a C4500 Kodiak with a large camper on it
It was early on a Sunday Morning (no mechanics available) Towed to RV park. After spending many hours on the phone trying to find a mechanic that could fit us in and would work on our truck
Kenworth was very near the RV park. Popped over and yes they could get s in Wednesday. And helped source the parts.
Parts came and were damaged in shipping, the mechanic got a hold of the supplier and had them send a new Rad overnight. They let us plug in our camper and stay overnight outside of their shop. This team was very diligent and had us on the road before noon Thursday. Thank you so very much

Very horrible place to goto, their mechanics aren't even trained properly, they more likely went to Walmart and bought a Stanley tool set and called themselves mechanics, ive been there TWICE now and have spent close to 10k on 2 repairs that shouldn't have been that much. First repair wad almost 9k and they just started replacing all kinds of expensive parts without even getting an ok from us, then the 2nd time, truck was in there shop for 4 days over a abs sensor, and they claimed it needed a new 3k abs ecm, they were told to pit truck back together, and I took it to another shop and had repaired for 350 dollars when this shop wanted over 4k again to fix it. All the mechanics I saw there act funny and jumpy like there all on crack, I wouldn't ever step foot there again, ill get towed further away to a better shop, WoodPeckers trucks do better repairs then kw. This shop doesn't even deserve the 1 star, it's should be a negative 10.

Took truck in in for no a/c power , they did some things I didn’t ask to be done on turbo clamps , a/c still doesn’t work!! Charged me 957 dollars to not fix why it went in there !! Very disappointed with a neighboring business

Horrible service.
Mechanics were extremely rude and unprofessional. Was patiently waiting for service and was told it would be at 3, and while waiting I noticed 4-5 people were just sitting around for a WHILE so I did follow up and they rudely said “it’s not gonna be a 15 minute job like you think” and to which I wasn’t even thinking that, and they continued being rude and unprofessional so I left.
And while waiting there was something else there upset yelling about to fight with them as well. Which goes to show the service they provide.
Do not recommend.
