Got a unit for $50+ about five years ago. Now they charge over $100 a month.
They know they have you locked in and want to put you to the grinder.

The employees are nice. But the rates are really high and the gate breaks all the time and ends up let open for days or weeks at a time. They do not reduce your rates or compensate when the storage is not consistently locked. So glad we no longer have a storage unit here.

I did everything I was supposed to and followed all instructions they wanted from me. Went in May 5th and got my stuff out June 1st and got charged for another month even though I called in advance and stated in the beginning I only needed it for less than a whole month. Still got charged for two months and they said I'll get the money in 3 weeks lol. 58$ might not seem like a lot but I am a college student out of work because of the pandemic and my card got declined when I tried to pay for my u haul right after leaving the storage. Thanks :)

Easy access and very friendly staff. Security is very good and items in the unit do equally great in both summer and winter.

Absolutely love this facility! The office staff is friendly and welcoming, they offer easy options like auto pay and paying online. I always see the staff outside cleaning to make it beautiful. Thry have free popcorn, water, coffee, etc. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who has storage needs!

My account is set up for auto payment, they chose not to withdraw the funds and called me the day after it was due charging me a late fee. They called at the end of their business day on a weekend then "overlocked" me out, meaning even if I could get through the gate they put their own locks on my unit locking me out and charging me additional fees. So I was totally locked out completely less than a few hours after they called. I also filed a complaint with the BBB to make sure others know about their actions.
