They are a scam. The online price is only if you get it fully handled by yourself meaning not even talking to anyone to verify. They charge $20 if don’t do direct payment each month. If not paid by 5th another fee of $25 the gate where my unit is has had a broken gate for over month. If you miss payment they will call you every day as reminder. No joke every day. I wouldn’t rent through this company again. 3 month was long enough to see there strong arm tactics of getting as much money as they can. Read your contract even if a employe stole off your card nothing u can do about it

10/10 service ! Drove with my fiance from Salem/Portland area and had a bit of confusion from past owners and the new owners and employees were just absolutely wonderful ! They went above and beyond to help us out and I truly cannot thank them enough. I appreciate you guys so much!

Different managers. Not as friendly as they used to be. Noticed evidence of rodent in my unit. Moved to a different, cleaner facility.

They are pretty hard to get a hold of on the phone but I drove down to the office and Melody was very kind and helpful. I was able to rent a storage unit right away and left satisfied with my purchase. If you don't have renters insurance then you have to pay an extra $9 for that but it still doesn't come out too bad. But then again that is just my opinion. I think it's a great place and I like The view when I go to check out my stuff in the storage. Have a nice day.

My experience was with Cindy. She was friendly and helpful getting a unit that fit our budget as well as our needs. I was able to get some boxes right there on site and use the restroom which was refreshingly clean.

Everything about my experience with keylock has been a great experience from the first call for the quote to the backing in of the rv to the space. Everyone has been courteous and knowledgeable.the facility Conveniently located near me and has wide isles to drive down with an rv. I definitely would recommend keylock to anyone looking to store valuables.
