“I had a couple of hours of accounting issues.. I am so incredibly grateful for Taylor in the Pendleton satellite store. She stayed with me the entire time, trying desperately to solve my issues. It was on a Sunday, she was still in training, but she was such a professional. The situation required me to come back on Monday. Instead of sighing when she saw me walking in, she greeted me with a cheerful, happy to see me “OH— Hey!”
