They were super helpful. All of the employees were eager to help us find what we needed. Several stops here over a few days getting the car running again and every trip in was great.

Got stranded in our motorhome with our family and these guys were AMAZING! Called for parts and they not only help find the parts we needed by calling around for us, they drove them to where we broke down! TWICE!Sadie (spelling?) and Jacob deserve a raise!! Jacob even went a step further and helped my husband while trying to put on belt by himself! Well done you guys! Our family is back on the road, safe and warm!

I’m a truck driver that broke down on the hill coming out of Pendleton going towards Idaho and I blew a coolant hose and Shane and the driver he sent , brought me the parts I needed plus gave me a jump brought a jumper a battery tester , thanks guys I really appreciated that. I am a owner operator going broke, and these guys went out of their way to help me out today. !! Kudos to Shane and the driver !!!

My husband and I were on a road trip passing through Pendleton on a Saturday when our radiator went out. All the shops were closed and many places didn’t carry the parts we needed or weren’t able to assist us. We came to this Napa and not only did the employees find/ have all the right parts, one of the employees, Jacob even put in the new radiator for us! They were so professional, kind and extremely helpful! They saved us so much time and money by helping us get back on the road that same day. 10/10 recommend this Napa! Thank you so much you guys!

Helped me out in a pinch. I really appreciate the delivery option. Saved me over $100 by getting a self starter driven to me, almost immediately, instead of being pushed into a AAA membership. A local wanted $150 for a jump! Sadie was very professional and efficient with service. I felt really taken care of! Thank you!!!

Can’t say enough about the customer service we experienced this morning on our way out of town. Dead battery.. Jay stood out in the rain for at least 30 minutes testing and then changing the battery for us which is in a very precarious position. If I could give more stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I would! Thanks for getting us back on the road! NAPA customers for life!

We are on a long trip and our check engine light came on right before pendleton. We pulled up to Napa at 5:54 they where able to help us and get us a new battery.Shawn and Jacob We amazing and helpful.
