Visited on a western road trip when I saw they are an Akubra stockist. They had the model I had been after for a while but was hesitant to buy online without trying on. Their service was first class, friendly and knowledgable, and educated me some on hats. It was so great to receive good old fashioned service as it once was. A memorable experience, wish I lived closer.

Perk and his entire crew will make you feel right at home and will make sure that you know more about hats and hat making than you ever thought possible. I have a hat that meant a lot to me, but was pretty damaged.
Perk blocked and cleaned it. It looked like brand new. A blank canvas that Perk and I were able to make it mine.
I could not be more happy with the entire process.

Finally a business that hasn't forgotten the lost art of "Customer Service". Drove down from Washington on a recommendation and wasn't disappointed. Perk took his time to make sure my hat was just right. A perfectionist at his craft and his attention to detail was outstanding. He and his team make you feel like family and go the extra mile. A true American small business! We'll be back soon.
