I have a 2018 chevy 3500 duramax that had fuel injector issues. Jessica and Casey were able to help me out. Excellent customer service from both. Honest genuine mechanic, very trustworthy. Clean facility. Professionalism is top notch. Highly recommend! Thanks Jessica and Casey!

Diesel van broke down on the interstate. A simple fix needed for the glow plug. They were unwilling and unable to help me.

Best machanic I have met in years. He knows what he is talking about. I was on a road trip and I broke down told him what was happening and he got me in and out with no problems. Best customer service I've had while being in this area hands down. He is a one man crew with help in the office but still gets it done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this buisness for anyone that has deisel problems. I will drive 5 hours to use him again if I ever have to. I live in north Idaho and he is in pendleton oregon.

Absolutley recommend this shop for all your diesel needs. Casey is awesome. Camped out in front of his shop on a Sunday after I ran my rig out if diesel and got towed in off I 82. He jumped right on it Monday morning and got us back on the road before 10 am. He even took us the the gas station to get some fuel. Thanks for getting us back on the road so quickly.

We were on our way through on a road trip when our water pump went out. Friday morning we stopped by and asked them to look at it. Casey squeezed us in right away and we were able to continue our trip within a couple hours. Very nice and friendly staff. I would highly recommend.

I was working here in town. Needed some repairs on my f 250. They definitely knew their stuff. Don't cut corners. Did some extras .. at a very reasonable price. Thankful for the thorough job and happier to pay that little extra for a quality complete job. I Definitely have confidence in this shop and it would be worth it to travel to Pendleton to receive their quality work!Great job guys!Services: Steering/Suspension

2000 Excursion 7.3L 380k miles. (at the time) I was traveling from Baker City to go fish & film on the Columbia River, broke down, did a google search, made a call, limped into Mike's shop. Man, I'm sure glad I did! Left my truck, had my buddy I was fishing/filming with picking me up, went and did what we needed to.I got a call from Mike right away with an initial diagnosis. I gave the go-ahead on that and several other items that needed to be addressed. When I arrived to pick up my Excursion and go for a test drive, it ran better than it has ever run! He not only did the necessary repairs we spoke of but also several other minor items, fixing some leaks, tighten this, that, fix the airbox, etc.The major problem that led to the breakdown: My High pressor oil pump had gone out, I had been having issues for months, even blew out the ICP sensor several times. Several glow plugs were bad, the glow plug & injector wire harness was pinched by the valve cover.I previously had the glow plugs and the glow plug & injector wire harness replaced by a local shop in Baker. Or at least that's what I paid for! Apparently several of the Glow plugs hadn't even been replaced, and the harness was pinched by the valve cover. Mike showed these items to me when I arrived.Absolutely completely satisfied and great to know there are still reputable shops doing great work!I'm now taking my daughters 2000 Super-Duty 7.3L there for an appt.#powerhousedieselperformance #pendletondieselservice
