My experience with Aiden made this store a 10/10. Aiden was so knowledgeable and helpful and was really just a very top notch young man. I will be back to learn more from him. (I was actually at the ontario shop so i’ll go leave this there!)

Keep deleting my post and i’ll keep commenting it, your store & attitude SUCK. i’ve never come across a business being so unprofessional in my entire life. You being the “owner” and talking to people the way you do makes sense why your company is the way it is. HORRIBLE service. HORRIBLE attitudes. and the REJECTS of products that do not have any quality. It’s really not surprising you guys have no business and if you think people are going to want to come here after reading the way you respond to your customers ? you should be embarrassed. I had genuine concerns and you tried to brush them off and pushing them on someone who had absolutely nothing to do with it. And then airing out her info PUBLICLY? i was very happy to see an old coworker worked there and was really the only reason i kept going back thanks to you letting everyone know you fired her, I will for sure not be back. Especially with your horrible attitude. I truly hope there’s someone else running this account because if this is the owner…. I have NO words. sad i even had to give you 1 star.

If there was a zero star I would but their isn’t got kicked out for no reason my id was expired I left immediately had my fiance go in apparently he had an issue somehow I get kicked out too? How when I wasn’t even inside? Then your manager laughed at me over it ? Emailed the boss no response but told my staff he said to kick me himself for no reason? Okay! What a joke spend thousands of dollars here been a customer for years and because the manager Chris wanted to have a power trip and be rude to someone I got kicked out? But I wasn’t even inside that’s sounding a little discriminatory don’t you think? Kicking someone out because of whom they are with or know? They weren’t even inside when things happend didn’t realize my id was expired I walked right back out and you’ve never looked at my id before yeah Todd thought it was funny as well no it’s not it’s a law and can get you guys a fine
You replied to my review but never replied to my emails I sent you and I sent several in fact sir I was not asked to leave I was informed I can go into your shop by Tony without an id period just can’t buy anything I left on my own will no one asked me to leave nothing I said darn it I didn’t even relize I’m sorry I’ll have kile come in instead to get our items not a bid deal regarding my id I know the laws thank you! Also kile did not ever sleep in your property that is false I was in the vehicle when that cop approached him that night sir so get your facts straight he was asked why we were there and it wasn’t for sleeping or anything like that I was fricken pregnant was getting super nauseous so we pulled in and sat for me to feel better and we left after talking with the cop and her name is Megan ! Ask her because it wasn’t for sleeping that never happens so you kicked me out for no reason because I left and had someone who had a valid id get the stuff instead because I know the law I knew I couldn’t get it and I didn’t cause an issue your manager came out yelling I called the police from my own stand point because he had me in a panic the way he was speaking to my fiance the issue inside had nothing to do with me I get my id was expired I wasn’t aware of the issue inside till we already left and I was being yelled at about it me being kicked isn’t fair I didn’t do anything nor ever had a bad experience aside from Chris being rude that I’ve complained about several times to your staff and get told it’s Chris nothing changes even if you complain and usually he don’t help me anyway

What a great little store very informative staff. Very well laid out very clean. I enjoyed myself here, and I will definitely be back! We were out hiking in Umatilla national forest, and this was a quiet, nice, close place to shop before our adventure. Great flower!
