Stopped in just before closing Wednesday the 22nd. I believe the gentleman‘s name was Ty very helpful very friendly. He helped us wire a plug for a trailer. We were pulling with an RV the price was more than reasonable. He was very helpful and friendly parking was an ease would recommend to everyone

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't go here. My fiance called earlier in the week and set it up for this coming Sunday for us to pick up a u haul because are moving from Athena to pendleton and then he got a text today saying we can't get it because they are closed. Keep in mind, we already had asked people to help us move, I made sure I had off of work, set everything up, and they won't let us get it ahead of time. Rude when I called and tried to request to get it early. They said they are closed until next week yet their online hours say they are open until Saturday. Very unprofessional. The lady on the phone didn't even apologize. They deserve to be shut down. (only did one star because it wouldn't let me go in the negatives).

Rented a broken down 27 ft truck should have taken me 4 hours to my destination and it took me 12. Truck wouldnt go above 45mph. And they only refunded me $75.00 after I already paid them $600.00

Terrible customer service. Almost impossible to get in touch with someone that's actually in the store. Very cavalier attitudes to problem situations. And the truck we rented was in pretty rough shape.
