The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and honest about brand differences and relability. We got a great price and, unlike the nearest big box store, immediately available and quickly loaded. We're going back soon to buy units for our niece. We highly recommend shopping local.

Great experience. They are very helpful and have reasonable prices on quality appliances. We recently bought a new Amana dishwasher from them, it works great and looks great too.

Brenda and crew are extremely knowledgeable on every item in the store; washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves, lawn mowers, bbq's, refrigerators, freezers,, garden equipment, etc. Plus all the extra items they carry!

Brenda can always find just the right appliance for us. That’s the first place we go when we need something new.
In almost 20 years in Pendleton, we have bought a washer and dryer, 2 gas stoves (we moved), 2 freezers (we upgraded), a microwave, a refrigerator, and a riding mower. One of the stoves had a little problem and Brenda got a replacement part right away. We love this store.
