This place is amazing! The mechanic there is very friendly and was able to calm me down after I came in a little mad after talking to a 3rd party tech support via chat that was very unfriendly and tried to charge me. When I arrived at Western Radiator the mechanic understood the issue and dropped the charge. As such, I will 110% continue to do business with Western Radiator. He is an amazing person that is hard working and to the point!

Called in the morning and he was able to fit me in for a radiator flush same day. Picked up before closing and was happy with service and price. Will definitely take my car back again.

100% recommended this shop. Ty was able to get my car in within a day of calling. A slight issue with a part not fitting correctly. He had the new part in the very next day and he did the work at a GREAT price. Thank you for your help!!!

Broken down while towing a u-haul, Western Radiator got us towed to their shop and fixed on schedule for a reasonable price. Honest and friendly, can't beat it.

Love this place. The owner working on my car was fantastic if I could give him a million stars I would. He was super helpful went over everything and fixed my truck really fast. I would recommend everyone go to him!!!

the best service i've ever received. I live in walla walla and drove down to get a quote on my overheating car and on the way home my car broke down and wouldn't start. I called him about 10 minutes before his shop closed, mind that i was about 30-45 mins away from him. He went home and got his trailer, drove to me, and towed my car back at around 7pm and i got a ride from a friend back home. I came back the next day, it was all fixed and have had zero issues. Such a nice guy and will recommend to anyone with car issues.
