I don't normally leave reviews. I will make an exception because of the service that we were provided by Marvin. He was exceptional. Incredibly knowledgeable, service oriented making sure our questions were answered and went the extra mile to take care of us. After dealing with Xfinity for years, it is such a pleasure to deal with a person and company that believes in customer service. Marvin went above and beyond, and got things done!
