I have a relative who lives there. The charge per month is $785.00 and it is going to be raised $46 in November. The park has units that are not kept up well and many that do not obey the rules and are a disgrace. The cost of this park is outrageous in comparison to other beautiful parks with good reputations. I would not recommend anyone moving in or purchasing any of the new units. It is definitely not a good investment.

Love living here at Forest Meadows!
The quiet, no traffic!!
People walking their dogs, meeting up at the dog park, getting to know neighbors!! ( Wow that’s almost unheard of now days!)
Activities for the kids and Adults too! Monthly “Jam sessions” Game nights! We can ask for some get together activity and if people are interested, it happens!

If I could give zero stars I would. A family member was trying to rent to own a place here with another family member to be closer to her grandchildren and dieing mother. They assumed that one of them wouldn't be living in the home, and therefore wouldn't rent to her. Even know she owns 3 homes, has had the same job for over 35 years, and meets the Income requirement. Basically they steal people's application fees, and then treat them like dirt. Sad honestly as Philomath has always been a great place to live. But big companies are trashing it just like everywhere else.

We lived there recently and have been completely happy with the community. Very well run, quite and wonderful staff and neighbors. We highly recommend Forest Meadows.....5 STARS ❤️❤️❤️

We recently moved into Forest Meadows and we are so happy we made the decision to buy here. We love our home and the beautiful surroundings.Management has been great. Janet helped us through every step. Both her and Diana are always there to answer questions.We love it here.

New beautiful homes in the expansion area. Wonderful sense of community here. Ive already met some great folks. This is also a pet friendly neighborhood. There are lots of positive changes, including additional staff and the new clubhouse opening soon!

This community is ran by the most incompetent managers around. They cannot keep managers longer than 2 years and the head company is nothing but a joke. They do not back up their managers here. I’ve lived in this community now for almost 11 years and they are keep raising space rent yearly with nothing to offer us. This place is so tan down and the grounds upkeep is horrible. They have been doing construction for just about a year to the expansion but the new homes are so over priced. Now we have a new manager whom she is going to try to push more residence around.
