We were working to get the lease signed. It was the first corporate lease the management had done, which I understand some of the delays. The bad part was the lack of communication. She kept saying that she was so busy. I understand busy, but that is no reason for no reply to emails or phone calls where a message was left. I am housing coordinator for over 100 apartments. When I am working to get an apartment open, I need to know where the process is at.
The apartment is beautiful and now that our tenants are here and moved in, they are happy and satisfied.

We lived at the Blvd for over 3 years. We absolutely loved it! Nina and Tim are the best!!! We only left because we bought a home. The complex is quiet, well maintained and the gym is awesome. They put a lot of work into community events, unfortunately we couldn’t attend many because of work but the thought was really nice. We would recommend to anyone looking for an elevated apartment living experience

I have been living here for about 2 and half years, and if not for relocating to another city, I would have happily continued staying. This has truly been the best apartment I have ever rented.
The high ceilings and spacious floor plans make it feel so open and comfortable. The community is great, and the entire complex is always clean and well-maintained. Covered parking and plenty of guest parking are a big plus.
The manager, Nina, deserves a special mention — she is always responsive and quick to resolve any issues, which really makes a difference in the living experience.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in the Corvallis/Philomath area. The only downside is that rent increases during lease renewals can be higher than other places, but overall, the quality of living here is excellent.

I love the BLVD! Clean, pet friendly, great communication and community. The dogs love the dog park and the kids love the playground and pool. Plus, the kids can stop in the community room for a quick snack while they are playing in the pool. The community room is also a great place for meeting, special occasions and a nice quite place for studying.

We loved our two years here! Nina was so helpful with our move across country. Hannah was so kind and answered any questions we had. We are so sad to leave but so thankful for the time we had at the BLVD.

I had such a wonderful experience visiting the Blvd. the staff was incredible nice and flexible. I toured the whole place with my kids and loved the property. They are very helpful explaining the details and based on how expensive rent is now a days, found the prices manageable. The common spaces are clean and quiet. I hope I can manage to get things together soon so I can move in. I’d love to live here.

Lovely apartment complex with great management. Only qualm is the darn speed bumps…if I go slow it should not be so painful to me or my car otherwise they are just torture devices.

Neighborly Ventures builds and manages many newly built places. They are fast growing, and appear to be professional at face value. I caution you to know, companies that grow quickly in this fashion only care about the dollars earned. Their employee training is terrible as evidenced by their employee actions of ill education about job duties and are often illegal, and they conduct themselves in ways tenants are bound by contract not to. The amenities seemed great at first but withered over time, or were just first impression hook and sinkers. The place is clean and appears to be a place desired. The management in the office is ill trained and unfamiliar with tenant laws when things don't go as planned. One person is extremely difficult to coordinate through, and attempted to strong arm us illegally on more than one occasion. They initially allowed trailers, and used us as a vendor to remove and haul unwanted appliances. This changed and we were given a time limit to remove the trailer while we observed 4 other trailers continue to park on the property, nightly and for weeks. When it was reported, we were told that one employee lives on sight and will treat all tenants fairly. When we complained again we were asked to provide pictures and license plates as if we are now on the payroll, or accused of lying when the on-site employee just never walks the grounds to see with their own eyes. They continued to leave their appliances next to where we were originally approved to park the trailer for us to haul off, which would sit for days but tenants are specifically not allowed to place objects outside of the dumpster or the area. The maintenance crew is professional and for the most part they stay very busy. But I was discouraged by observations towards the end of tenancy. Bird excretement sat for a few months on the front porch of a neighbor, and continued to be a large pile for weeks after maintenance turned the unit. The property was not prepped before the recent ice storm, no shoveling was done after, and after several days they placed gobs of deicer over the 2 inches of ice accumulation. Which everyone knows is ineffective. Overuse sat, and after the ice melted naturally several days later, the piles of deicer continued to eat chunks of concrete out of the sidewalk from not being cleaned up and due to overuse that was not applied correctly in the first place. After a 3 day weekend, maintenance was observed doing screeches in the golf cart and playing on the ice, picking thru recycling for cans that tenants are discouraged from doing so and threatened violations for, and the dog waste stations were left overflowing and not tended to for another 2 days. Most normal weekends these waste stations are full, so to go 5 days is impossible. My significant other was a victim of hate speech in the form of graffiti and while management responded to my initial report, they never did reach out to my significant in response. Rather, they sent an email out to all tenants to say it wont be tolerated...I never saw any email and was a current tenant. What I did ovserve was more signs hung by dumpsters that claim camera use, discourage trespassing and going thru dumpsters. The signs placed on our dumpster that was visible from our apartment were bigger and more colorful than the other 4 dumpsters on the entire property. The place is HIGHWAY ROBBERY with the rent prices...and definitely not worth it with the treatment you will endure. New is not always nice.
