I had a great experience! I was shipping a small item and accidentally grabbed the fast and very expensive shipping materials and the employee at the time helped me get set up with something much less expensive that I was hoping for! She saved my wallet! Otherwise it was a quick and easy transaction!

We appreciate the Philomath Post Office so much! As a small family business located in rural farmland, we couldn't stay in business without them. They are very helpful and friendly and we are so thankful for the work they do!

Mail and packages always get delivered way past 8pm and often come 9pm to 10pm. This is absolutely ridiculous.

We have constant issues with our mail not being delivered to us, or getting other people’s mail. The staff inside the front of post office have always been friendly, but that seems to be where it ends.

I am an eBay seller so a good post office while we travel around the country is key! The workers in this establishment are well trained, nicely mannered and really care. I accidentally dropped a package off without a label, luckily my phone number was on another package and they called to correct it! I was so grateful as I have been to many locations that likely would have just thrown it away or did nothing. I can’t speak to deliveries because I’m a renter but haven’t had any issues with the hundreds of outgoing packages I’ve had.

Constant delivery of wrong packages. Carriers are rude. The workers inside are well trained and polite. Once you get into the field, and they have to deliver…FORGET IT.

This post office has failed to deliver extremely important documents not only are they inept and receiving and delivering local they are also failing to sent mail and packaging to other locations. This post office requires review and a firing of whomever is in charge

Me and numerous outher people aren't able to get amazon packages through the postal service here and when I try to call their number (which isn't clearly listed) it just rings I've called back 4 times now in the last 5 hours :( edit: I went into the office and asked about my packages and they got them immediately for me took about 10 out of my day so could be worse. ?

This office needs new workers. Ones who will actually do their job correctly. I am tired of constantly coming in with problems this office has created for itself. They do not care what their computer system says or what your delivery confirmation says. They act like you are an inconvenience by asking for your mail and packages. Why require a PO Box for my area if you're going to be lazy and not actually put the mail in the box?

They won't deliver packages on Sunday. They will say driveway/door is blocked. I have a camera outside my house. They don't even drive by on the times they say they couldn't deliver. I've reported them to Amazon at least 7 times.

Just straight up lying about trying to deliver mail. Tried how? Was the gate of the lot you keep your carrier trucks locked? Last month I chased the mail carrier down our road after they didn't even try to deliver our package bc it was "too big"... it was a plastic baby bath. Big but not heavy. Very disappointed in this post office.
