Super happy with them, they did some work on a car I just bought and I needed copies of all the records. They were super easy to deal with and after they received a release from the previous owner they sent all the records they had since 2008 over to me. I was happy that they also respected their customers privacy and requested permission from the previous owners prior to sending the records. Thanks!

These guys are true professionals. I brought in a part to have installed and the part was defective. I know I messed up their scheduling and they are patient and working around the issue I caused with the defective part. Definitely recommend Aarons.

I was in a pickle. I drove 50miles to get to an appointment. When I came out there was water leaking from my old truck. My stomach curdled. I knew I would never get in today to see someone. I called Aaron's and he was so polite and listened to my fears. He said,come on in we'll have a look. What a pleasant atmosphere . It was clean and beautiful to be in. They came back with my old truck and as I took out my visa card. he, said, there will be no charge to day. It was water from you a/c. There is nothing to worry about. I can not express how I felt. Somebody who cared and wasn't all about the dollar. I will be coming back. Five stars for Aaron'sautomotive.

I have taken my car to Aaron's and they were not cordial. And now I hear from a friend that they did not fix a problem but said that they did. And when they had to admit they were wrong they gave no apology or support that they could correct their mistake quickly.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Spoke with them at length about confirming my petsonal diagnosis that my car needed a head gasket and replacing it... the day I was to bring it to them my radiator started leaking...I told them that and asked them if that changed anything, to which they responded no and confirmed that we were still on track. 4 days later i call them and they inform me that the cooling system is leaking and that they "cannot diagnose a car that's not running". Further, they tell me that it's "impossible to fix my radiator " because the part isn't manufactured anymore. Then they call me back two hours later and say "seems like you're unwilling/ not ready for us to work on your car ". I cannot empasize enough how much you should avoid these pretentious children. I'm going to try and speak with the owner because as of now they are telling me that my water pump is no longer functional and it ABSOLUTELY was when I brought it to them...hopefully I'll have a positive update soon.Update: I tried to speak with the owner about the situation and he wouldn't even talk to me. My recommendation is to stay far far away from these people.

I paid for a pair for an AC repair and was told everything was fixed but infact nothingworks. And now they are telling me it will be 2 weeks until it can be looked at.Is that good business?

Great customer service, and they did a great job replacing the oil separator on my '07 Porsche Boxster. I'm a very picky guy. Besides the seat being adjusted in a different position, you wouldn't even tell they had the mid-engine compartment open behind the seats.
