Based on customer reviews, Black Bird Ace Hardware is a beautiful, modern store with a nice construction. The aisles feel a little tight, but there is a huge black bear sculpture right in the middle decorated for the holidays. The store is clean and well marked inside for ease of finding what is needed. It is a great "have everything I need" store, from dog stuff to house stuff and everything in between, including an impressive RV section and a clothing section with favorite brands. The dog wash can be a little chaotic. Staff are friendly and helpful. One customer had an excellent experience getting a new key fob case and key cut, in and out in less than 30 minutes. Another noted a great experience at checkout and finding RV supplies. While some still like the old store better for nostalgia, customers should not forget to visit the taproom, which is family-friendly and allows food from the food carts outside.
Excellent experience at the Black Bird today. Tori helped me get a new key fob case for my car. She cut a new key and checked the fit well. She took her time and made sure everything worked correctly. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Thanks Black Bird!

They have always had what I needed and are friendly as heck . Always willing to help . So glad they opened this store .
