Based on customer reviews, Black Bird Ace Hardware is a beautiful, modern store with a nice construction. The aisles feel a little tight, but there is a huge black bear sculpture right in the middle decorated for the holidays. The store is clean and well marked inside for ease of finding what is needed. It is a great "have everything I need" store, from dog stuff to house stuff and everything in between, including an impressive RV section and a clothing section with favorite brands. The dog wash can be a little chaotic. Staff are friendly and helpful. One customer had an excellent experience getting a new key fob case and key cut, in and out in less than 30 minutes. Another noted a great experience at checkout and finding RV supplies. While some still like the old store better for nostalgia, customers should not forget to visit the taproom, which is family-friendly and allows food from the food carts outside.
I use the dog wash station on a regular basis. Great addition to any store. Also enjoy the taproom.

Love it! Doesn't have the same massive selection of items at the main store, but it is definitely convient for certain items. Staff is friendly and quick to help you. Will be coming here again :)
