The only reason why I didnt give five stars is because the ladies at the desk who do the data entry and finance part of it look so miserable. I mean, maybe they are but not one of them smiled at us, not one greeted us. They just look like they are absolutely miserable. It was a little uncomfortable. Other than that it was great!!!”

“Will never buy a different bed EVER AGAIN! 4 years ago we packed up and hit the road. We packed our SN bed into storage and today, after resettling I'm resurrecting our SN bed. The foam surrounding it did not do well in the interim so I called the Medford Oregon store we purchased it from to get replacement for the foam. I spoke with Laurie who found me in the data base from 9 years ago, gave me my customer #, the bed # and the 800 # to call for my need. She was pleasant, efficient and informative. Great customer service with a smile. Thank you Laurie and thank you Sleep Number for making such a quality product. Now I can sleep well and not wake up sore.”

“What a lovely store. We’ve gotten lots of wool items from Shepherd’s Dream over the last few years. It’s always so cozy in there. There are just so many beautiful and quality products, everything from wool animal figures, wool-wrapped soap, wool base layers, and mattresses. I recently got myself a latex mattress with a wool topper. It is the perfect firmness with cozy support in all the right places. I also got a few pillows. Both of my kids love the Dream pillow. My son says it is the most comfortable pillow ever. My daughter says it is like sleeping on a cloud.”

“One of the best shops I've ever been to! They have HUGE collection of antique things and as I walked through the aisles, I'd feel like buying everything I saw! ? But we were traveling and didn't have a lot of time and space in our car, so I had to consciously narrow down the things I bought.
