The artist and Owner Dawn, is highly skilled, educated and passionate about her ceramics. I recently celebrated a milestone birthday (50)!! And as a birthday gift, my mother gifted me a set of my personal favorite pattern, Petal. It was my favorite gift to receive!! I enjoy everything from my coffee and breakfast in the morning to dinner and everything in between on this set. Not to mention, it's the perfect set to break out when company comes over! “Gem of a store in Ashland, pun intended. They have an excellent collection of semi-precious stones and jewelry at reasonable prices, and we shopped to our hearts content, buying a fossil pendant for my wife, and one for her mother. The kids (and I) enjoyed digging through the (free) rock and mineral box. Service from Joseph, one of the most knowledgeable salespeople I've ever encountered, was excellent. We will definitely return next time we are in town.”
“Debbie helped us purchase new patio furniture today and she was wonderful. Sweet and kind lady. Love our new set. The only reason why I didnt give five stars is because the ladies at the desk who do the data entry and finance part of it look so miserable. I mean, maybe they are but not one of them smiled at us, not one greeted us. They just look like they are absolutely miserable. It was a little uncomfortable. Other than that it was great!!!”

“Yesterday I was at my next door neighbors' for our couples' book group and admired a beautifully colorful piece of wall art. Karen told me it came from Ala Kalika, as did a lovely lamp she showed me upstairs. The store is located inside the Claycomb Plaza Mall. It is part of the adjacent Ignition Galley and I'm looking forward to visiting both when Nina and I are in Ashland this summer. The rugs they carry are from Silk Road Trading Company and the lamps and other objects are from all over the world. What I could see on their website was intriguing and attractive and I'm looking forward to admiring it up close. They are closed Mondays and open 11-6 Tuesday to Saturday and 12-5 Sundays. This is a mall Nina and I used to visit regularly to shop, but once the store that was our primary draw closed we rarely went there. Sounds like we're going to have to remedy that.”
“Will never buy a different bed EVER AGAIN! 4 years ago we packed up and hit the road. We packed our SN bed into storage and today, after resettling I'm resurrecting our SN bed. The foam surrounding it did not do well in the interim so I called the Medford Oregon store we purchased it from to get replacement for the foam. I spoke with Laurie who found me in the data base from 9 years ago, gave me my customer #, the bed # and the 800 # to call for my need. She was pleasant, efficient and informative. Great customer service with a smile. Thank you Laurie and thank you Sleep Number for making such a quality product. Now I can sleep well and not wake up sore.”
“If you are a quilter, or someone who sews or knits, you should visit Fasturn LLC. They are hidden away (well not too much) on the road to Jacksonville, OR, but they are known the world over. They have inventions used by the creative all around the globe. Its a wonderful place to stop if you are inclined towards the creative. Have a look.”

“They don't advertise like other big stores. The result, low prices for great items. As a toy collector, this place can be a gold mine. So many other quality things such as clothes, rugs, holiday decorations, shelves, art supplies, chairs, and kitchenware. Friendly and helpful staff. Casual atmosphere. I still dig other big stores like Target and Walmart, but Ross is now my "go to" store. They get new stuff out daily. Glad I don't live next door! I'd be there all the time!”

I had resolved that I would need to buy new ones until Reba questioned me thoroughly about there condition and asked that I send pictures. To my surprise, and all due to Reba’s expertise, the company will be sending me new ones and all I’m needing to pay is shipping cost!! Now that’s five star genuine customer service!! Thank you Reba!!”
