I purchased a Makita cordless saw and they ran out of the batteries I was to receive, however they gave me a rain check and when they came in months later I had to drive 2 hours to get there. A week later they said I couldn't get them, I was pretty upset as ot was a 189$ value and the entire reason that prompted the purchase

We have been here a few times and the sales associate Rodney is always very nice. Always offers to help, with a smile and has great customer service. Missing a star because Home Depot needs to send out more coupons since your merchandise is pricey.
