This is the spot for PVC fittings. Large selection of various connections, well stocked, and plenty of sizes. Salesfloor associates have been very friendly and always willing to assist with any questions… hit or miss with associates at checkout (sometimes friendly, sometimes don’t even say hi back). Usually come here if Lowe’s doesn’t have what I need.

No one knows anything and no one ever helps in a timely manner. Hire more workers I don’t know what to tell you. I stood in an aisle for like an hour waiting to get something from on a top shelf.

This is ridiculous! My mom purchased a new GE Refrigerator less than a month ago, and the freezer stopped working. Now the whole unit isn't cooling. Home Depot says "you gotta contact GE", so she did and they set her up with a visit from a local repair company the next day... or so she thought. Nobody arrived, and when she contacted the local company, they hadn't received the order and are booked out for over two weeks! What is she supposed to do for two weeks? Eat canned food? Home Depot should replace this defective refrigerator ASAP. Do they really call this customer service???
Follow-up on Response: My mom has already filled out this form, plus went into the store to discuss the issue. A call from a manager was promised by the end of day yesterday, but no call came through... none of the hands are talking to each other here.

It's a home Depot they're all the same sufficient easily accessible and often helpful This one in particular has beautiful plants and the vendors seem to be there all day during the seasons. Restocking and taking care of the veggies the flowers the trees and so on definitely utilize this place to my advantage.

Just the absolute worst customer service you can think of. The prices are fine but man if you are trying to get their curbside service be prepared to be there for a WHILE. On top of the wait the associates are snarky and rude. Just go to Lowes, you'll be happier.

Worst customer service. They just say okay let me get someone to help you and walk away and don’t follow up. You can be waiting longer than it would take to cut a tree and plane it yourself.

Was helped by a young lady this morning named Mel. She was probably the nicest and friendliest retail associate I have ever dealt with. What a ray of sunshine she is. Totally brightened my day. You need to give her a raise and a promotion.
