Great service, great selection. Was a 20% off Black Friday Sale and additional 5% for veteran's day. 2 year zero interest financing was a huge plus. Sales staff was pleasant, patient and very knowledgeable.

It's been over 25 years since we walked into a La-Z-Boy Furniture Store...I'm so glad we did. We quickly found everything we were looking for and at reasonable prices.

I recently went to pick up my recliner, and I was initially very excited because both employees were great. Nick was particularly helpful, and the young lady ensured the recliner was functioning properly out of the box.
However, I am giving a 2-star review due to a disappointing experience during the loading process. I repeatedly and politely mentioned that the legs of the recliner were being damaged, and while the lady was attentive, the gentleman became very upset and stormed off before we could finish loading the item. I requested to speak with the manager, as I was concerned about the potential damage to the recliner and the way the guy acted, given the significant amount of money spent.
To my surprise, the manager/owner was the same person who had stormed off. He was visibly angry, shaking, and very terse with me. This behavior was shocking, as I had never encountered such unprofessionalism from a manager or owner before. Although Nick's assistance was commendable and we had planned to purchase more furniture from them, the owner's childish attitude has left a lasting negative impression.

Bobby greeted us at the door, and made the purchase experience easy and stress free. I would recommend la z boy in Phoenix Oregon, and ask for Bobby. The selection was great, but Bobby said he could order different colors if we wanted. It was refreshing to be helped by someone who seemed to care.

Had a great time picking out chairs with Linda Collins at Lazy boy . She is very helpful. She worked past closing tryi g to help husband find a fabric then we came back and got it ordered the next week. Can not wait to get the chair for him.
