I found this place because they took over hydro-gardens's nematode business that we used for grub control. I remember reading the prev owner/employee stating that the beneficial nematodes lasts for a while in the soil. Specifically, "If our Nematodes can enter a host insect, they will kill the insect within 24 – 48 hours, then reproduce within the insect, thus providing long-term control." When I called this place and asked how often I need to apply them being in so cal, the lady on the phone quickly answered every 2 weeks. A quick google search, "How long do beneficial nematodes last? Beneficial nematodes can live and prey on insect pests in your soil for up to 18 months after application as long as the ground doesn't freeze." Corporate greed much?

I called and asked for a refund and they were very rude and refused to refund my money, they made it sound like it was my fault their product was no good, Bad business, save your money, DO NOT BUY from these people.
