The Artist Attic / ScrappyCraft is the best locally owned art supply store in the valley, offering everything an artist could desire at unbelievable prices. This great local store provides a wide variety of arts and crafts supplies, as well as classes for all skill levels. The water color classes with Melissa are highly recommended, where beginners feel supported and welcomed in the welcoming community. Although some customers have felt the employees were a bit paranoid, the overall experience is outstanding, with a queer-friendly staff, accessible entrance and parking, and fantastic hands-on classes every month. Customers are encouraged to skip the big box craft stores and check out this local gem.
