Cody and Mark were excellent, very helpful and professional. Although we made the mistake of scheduling steam cleaning and actually needed a different service for our sofa, they were incredibly helpful and led us down the right path. Thank you so much for excellent customer service!

Absolutley the worst customer service I have ever experienced and if I could give them no stars I would. Made a reservation online a week ago because after several attemps the local office would not asnwer the phone. I had a question regarding being invoiced instead of paying at the time of service. Trying to call them wasn't working so I made the reservation online and along with that I attached a message asking for a call back to discuss the invoicing and never recieved a call or an email to answer my question or even confirm that I had an appointment with them. Called the local office the morning of and again no answer and the call went to a call center which they were no help at all. Short, blunt and very unprofessional. Then there is Nick from the local office who somehow was transfered to me from HO. Is 1st response was 'what'. I was taken a back. I asked him why I never received a call regarding my question or to confirm my appt. Nick's reply was "I work all day and I don't read every email." Really? Wow! We all work all day but it is clear that Nick does not like his job, no customer service skills and the lack of his company is a shame. Yes, the reservation was cancelled and I will never use Stanley Steemer! My advice to Stanely Steemer is to take a better look at their employees and offer a customer service seminar.

I am surprised there are so many positive reviews as my experience has been very different. Asked for someone to come look at a cleaning job because it did not look like it was done and definitely was not clean. Because the tenant paid for the cleaning, they didn't want to deal with me (the property mgr.). I asked for someone to at least come look at the job and was told no. After arguing, he agreed to send someone over to "look" the next day between noon and 3pm. So I was to sit and wait 3 hours for them to arrive? Whomever it was I spoke with on the phone was very rude and repeated over and over again that since we didn't pay for the work, they wouldn't do anything. Is this how you do business?Do these stairs look like they were just cleaned?

They did a huge job for us and the carpets really look good. The cleaning techs, Macen and Mark (I think that was the names) had knowledge, they were professional and they showed tremendous patience. I trusted their recommendations and I am happy we chose to work with Stanley Steemer in Phoenix Oregon.Services: Carpet steam cleaning

I had my carpets and furniture cleaned and the gentleman who came were courteous, punctual, professional, and extremely diligent in their work. When we called, we were worried about the puppy stains, but my carpet looks brand new and my wife and I are so happy! My young sons even called it magic and had a blast watching the cleaners work.Services: Carpet steam cleaning

I called an got an appointment the very next week. The crew Kai and Cory did an AMAZING JOB on my white carpeting. After having a new puppy and an absolutely dirty filthy rug for 6 months I was blown away at how clean the carpet came out. I had used 2 other services and they never got it this clean. Not only did the steam clean better it also smelled wonderful, I will never use another service again. Oh and it was less expensive than the other guys so I gave the crew a tip for all the extra effort they provided.Services: Carpet steam cleaning

Manager Corey Ashburn-Reyher was very pleasant to deal with and worked over the weekend to have our heavy wool area rug cleaned and dried before we expected it to be done! Excellent customer service and price for cleaning and pickup/delivery! Highly recommended!

Just had my carpets cleaned for the first time. I have to say Afrim did a great job on the carpets. They might be a little more than others but I guess a company isn't around for as long as they have based on price. I rather pay the little extra and know its done right.

I made the mistake of booking this service originally through Angie's List. It's always a pleasant surprise who Angie's List are able to find for their flat price. I had booked it there for three rooms, with dog treatment for an apartment move-out. My original booking and this one did not work out, but the booking I made directly with Stanley Steemer did. I had asked for a 6pm appointment when I booked through Angie's List the second time. The first time, the cleaner did not show up. Stanley Steemer clearly explained their policies to me and apologized for the experience. They offered to match the price, even though Angie's List had actually booked it for only one room. They worked with me to make sure that I could get the carpet cleaned before my move-out date. They did an excellent job and the price was great!

After my last rant I received two emails saying my case was opened and the same " so sorry to hear of your issue" speech I have heard four times over the last 8.5 months. Remember I've dealt already with two out of area " managers" and no one in the local office has bothered. They ripped me off for future services and botched the one service they attempted to provide while aggressively upselling me to nearly $600 futures services and will not schedule work or refund
