Papé Kenworth
4300 Hadley Drive Ste 100, Central Point OR 97502
“Amazing!!!! Hello everyone, I’m not big on writing reviews, as I am to read them. I’ve been in trucking 24 years 10 as a commercial driver. I’ve decided to go on my own. As we all know starting is very difficult. So I reached out to a few dealerships and when they see you don’t have business history they close all communication. Not here. Although I have not gotten an approval. But man is Paul Hildebrand nothing short of amazing. Just the swift responses of answering questions and getting prices is well worth a 5 star review. If you’re looking to purchase a truck call Paul and Justin they will respond. Tell me that’s not worth giving them a shot to earn your business!!!”

Wilson Equipment - Bobcat of Medford
6731 Crater Lake Hwy, Central Point OR 97502
“Best maintained machines and best equipment in in the state as far as I am concerned, their prices are fair and they always deliver on time and are extremely punctual. Update 4/10/2026 Still the best place in the valley to rent from. I just bought my first skid steer and Darren helped immensely throughout the process and kept me up to date and helped me find the best machine! Don't go anywhere else!”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
2012 Kingswood Dr, Medford OR 97501
“Excellent service at Climate Control Mini Storage for my U-Haul rental. Vernon helped me at the time of rental, and I have been helped before by Saúl. Both are friendly, most helpful, and are a pleasure to work with. The truck was in good shape, drove well, and was clean. I will definitely return to his location for future rental needs.”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
160 Lowe Road, Ashland OR 97520
“Small friendly business. The guy helped me change the ball on my tow hitch, which I was struggling with. I see other reviews with complaints about no one being there when they arrive. This is a small business and is not consistently staffed. The service is great when you communicate with them!”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
501 South Riverside Avenue, Medford OR 97501
“Rented a U-Haul from them about a week ago. We had some issues with our paychecks coming in on time but they worked with us and where kind the entire time. We were about an hour late from the scheduled time but it didn’t bother them. Everything went on as normal, very kind people. There is also an issue with the reservations but she corrected that without any issues.”

Combined Transport, Inc
5656 Crater Lake Avenue, Central Point OR 97502
“I’ve been working here for a total of 12 yrs. Combined is like other companies they are not perfect nor do they pretend to be. But they do treat you like family and take care of the drivers. The people that leave bad reviews in my opinion are just that group of drivers nobody can make happy. If you give a 100% here you will get a positive outcome.”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
3811 Crater Lake Hwy Unit A, Medford OR 97504
“We were in need of a truck to rent to tow my daughter's camp trailer to a campsite where she will be working as a camp host. It was about 15 minutes before closing, but instead of closing up shop and saying "sorry I can't help you", Jody helped us over the phone the best he could. Then he let my husband and daughter in the office to rent a truck, even after closing. When it came to the price, he made it affordable for us. We had a tight budget, we were quoted over $600 from another store and we just couldn't do it for that price.Obviously the customer service was great and we will rent from them again the next time we are in need of a truck! Thanks again Jody”

“Very courteous staff that fixes corporate inventory mistakes when you call their 800 number and they reserved us a truck that wasn’t even available.
