The space rent is relatively low, but it increases by $35 every year. The park is now better managed. It is a 55 and older community, and residents must live on site to own a mobile home. The company that owns the park has been described as ruthless and opportunistic. Previous owners kept the park well-maintained, but the current corporate owners seem to care less about landscaping and general upkeep. Despite this, the park remains a nice place to live, with a nice manager and a peaceful atmosphere.

The home I went to see was amazing in that park,it was so beautiful. The landscape was beautiful. The water features.Hey, they even had a farm across the way what donkeys.

A beautiful quiet park. No added ammenties. Now being better managed. A lot less space rent, although it goes up $35.00 every year.

Th4 new managaer is very nice. The owners are corporate and don't really care about humans just the money...
