The coffee is excellent, with specific praise for the dirty chai, flat white, caramel macchiato, and cappuccino, using a recommended Mocho' blend. The baked goods are the star, described as delicious and heavenly. Highlights include the cheese danish, raspberry turnover, croissants (both sweet and savory), chocolate crumb cake, and one of the best cinnamon rolls, which sells out quickly. The owner is incredibly nice, sweet, friendly, and patient. It is considered a must-stop in Port Orford, worth visiting for anyone traveling through and worth a repeat visit for those staying in town.
I know Katy is having trouble right now and I know that the food is good.but I am on a road trip from Seattle to California and I was kinda hungry and excited to try a pastry and the website said it was opean but when I got there it was closed.it was kinda disappointing.

My partner and I had a lovely time at Kate’s- love the atmosphere with all of the vibrant colors and plants and the food is even better. Highly recommend the sticky almond bun and cinnamon bun, they’re so soft and luscious!
