Despite its beauty, the mall faces challenges, with only about 20-30 stores open out of over 135, and many storefronts remain empty due to the impact of COVID-19. The mall's atmosphere is quiet and easy to access, with friendly staff and several food options. Visitors appreciate the photo opportunities, especially in front of the wings, and enjoy wandering around the spacious environment. While the mall is not ideal for shopping currently, it still provides a range of things to do and see, and its unique features make it worth a visit.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. It's very sad that most of the stores that use to be here are gone. About 40% is occupied. I'm sure at 1 point this mall was super busy but thanks to COVID more places went down. It's a shame

I loved the photo ops and enjoyed wandering around. The fact that you can go ice skating in the mall is awesome! There are many empty store fronts, but the mall is still full of places to shop and things to do. Definitely stop by and take photos in front of the wings!

The mall is beautiful but it is really sad to see the place like a ghost town. When we went there, there were only a few people inside the establishment and I'm sure it is not more than a hundred.
