Unfriendly, not a great selection, seemed more expensive than other convenience stores, looked at me like I was an alien for wearing a mask during a pandemic.

This was so unprofessional and not a good employee at all. He was leaf blowing the garbage in the parking lot out on to the side walk, instead of using the proper equipment and dispose of the trash in the garbage instead 7 eleven wants to make Portland more trashy.

Theres an employee there who is really great. He's hispanic and has remebered me and my daughter for almost a yr now. I dont go in often but its nice to see a familiar face and one that recognizes us too. He has great customer service. Idk about the other employees cause I only seem to see this employee when I go there but I've not had a bad experience at this location yet...that's a lot to say for a 711 I guess.

They do not honor rewards pricing. The cashiers just tell you that "rewards isn't working" even though I entered my rewards number before they told me and it went through to the cashier. All the cashier had to do was click a button approving my rewards. But nope, "rewards is broken."

Employees will try to fight you over not having a mask and will not supply you with a mask when asked.

Received the worst service of my life here last week from an arrogant, abusive young male cashier (who is an utter p***** after being a loyal customer for several years! The thousands of dollars I must've spent over the years! Not getting another dime out of me, that's for sure! The parking lot is also extremely sketchy. I'd pass this location up, if I were you.

I went this store for a while, the people working there were friendly and helpful. Now, everytime it is this 18 yr old kid that is disrespectful and thinks he is better than everyone else. I walked in last week and he was "fake" throwing punches at a person getting a Slurpee. I will take my business down the street. No one should have to put up with that kid when spending their money at an establishment of any sort. That kid needs to get fired or a serious attitude adjustment.

Clerk nowhere to be seen. Will not do business at this store, because on the day of the Oregon Governor's COVID-19 shutdown, this location allowed four filthy homeless males to enter the business without masks or to loiter by the entry door. I know a number of citizens do not care about public health safety or potentially causing the deaths of innocent human beings trying to stay alive, but the homeless population are a known vector for spreading COVID-19. If 7-11 refuses to protect the public then close it down like other business that remained a pandemic panhandling location for a very unclean homeless population.
