Other stores seem to make the 7-Eleven pizza just right, cooking it longer time like an extra 2 mins, i think. Last time, the slices weren't fully cut alk the way through.

One of the only 711 that is 100% compliant with the pizza deal or with any deals they have right now they have a $3 two slices of pizza and a 20 oz soda it's 3:10 and you're supposed to be able to go into any 711 anytime of day or night except for when they're cleaning the ovens and request two slices of spicy meat pizza and a a lot of places aren't compliant with this and like to only do what they like to do with the pizza and don't allow you to do the Dr pepper and this is one of the only locations it is 100% compliant with 7-Elevens intended aim which is to allow you to buy two slices of spicy meat pizza 24/7 and have a Dr pepper I drive extra to get here because it's a little ways away doesn't matter to me the extra couple miles is good for the customer service and the quality of food they make and that they keep their products stocked and there store clean also they are kind to the poor I've witnessed it many times , and the cashiers and owners are super patient and nice ? good job Hawthorne location you are #1

Literally the friendliest 7-Eleven I've ever been to. The staff is super helpful and accommodating. The customer service is outstanding. kareem and Maria are very valuable to the 7-Eleven franchise.

the most recent time I was there was when it was free slushie day i whent there with my mom olnly to find out after we filled up are olushies that they wernt acouly free aperinly if we whanted them for "free" we had to give them our phone number and then pay more money so instead we just paid them the price. my mom thougt thet it would be like when she was younger when the slushies were just free.

The employees get flustered when they have more than 2 or 3 customers inside. They will scream and throw you out and lock the door if you enter before other customers exit. They also treat all customer's as if they are theives which I find insulting since I spend a lot of money here only because it's the closest store and it's open 24 hours a day.

I've never met such a rude employee. Today the clerk wasn't wearing his name tag. When I opted for cash back versus a $3.50 ATM fee, he criticized me for passing the fee on to someone else. "What, does the ATM not work?" He asked with an attitude.Plenty of people need work. I hope 7-12 can find someone better.

I visit a few times a week. The attendants are always so friendly and kind. They deserve a raise for their hard work and excellent service!

Parked in the lot and went to Farina bakery for my first stop, planned on going and getting our drinks in 7-eleven. but the cashier came out and kicked out my wife because she didn't ask permission and didn't go in first. Super rude, uncalled for, when there wasn't another car in the whole lot. I will never go into this 7-eleven ever again, I will literally drive out of my way to another 7-eleven before giving this rude owner any of my money. He can die mad about it!

I buy an item at a 7-eleven near my house about an hour away. I work in the Hawthorne are though. This 7-eleven didn’t carry the product. My first time stopping in he asked what I was looking for, I told him. He had me show him the item so he can order it! It’s a new item and it took 3 weeks to track down but we did it!!!!!The men who work here and the most GENUINELY kind people I have ever met in my life! You buy a bottle of water and the way they treat you and thank you is like you’ve just donated a kidney to them. I go out of my way to stop here. I will postpone shopping so I can go to this location. I even stop in if I happen to be driving by. Thank you for your kindness. You’re spreading what we all need so much more of right now. A million Thank Yous! Imagine a simple corner store stop having such a big impact on people. Bless you for always making my days brighter no matter how bad they are. You have a customer for life.

Other 7-Eleven locations in SE Portland have disappeared - the building at 60th and E Burnside has been demolished, and the store at 45th and SE Hawthorne is now vacant. So, this may now be the closest location for a number of folks.Happily, my first visit was a pleasant one. The building has windows on opposing sides, so it seemed brighter and more cheerful than most. The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and efficient. So, as convenience store experiences go, this one was just what I would hope for.
