This 7/11 is very clean and well organized.
I usually stop in on the weekends on my way to work to pick up some snacks. I always enjoy my little chats with Gloria, she’s always very friendly and helpful. Plus she remembers her regulars! As someone in customer service, I always appreciate when I receive great customer service.

I usually really like it in here so this one star is just my ONE experience I just had, but it was concerning. The one man who was working there was listening to music behind the counter, which I wouldn’t mind, if it wasn’t “white power” music. Very disturbing, I will not be letting my Latino partner come here alone now. Plz talk to the individual, Male, White, 20-30yrs. He didn’t even take the time to ring me up, I had to go to the self checkout.

Store is not 24hrs. They are closed from at least 12am-5am if not before then. There's always employees there, but they are never open for business.

Not my usual 7 Eleven, but was pleased to find everything easily (a credit to whomever laid it out in the first place). Staff was very pleasant and helped settle a debate with a friend and I. It was a pleasant stop on a dreary day while waiting for a bus.

I've experienced the worst customer service ever from this 711 location in Portland. After grabbing a couple of snacks, I went up to the register to pay before leaving the store. Then I had nicely asked the cashier who was an old Asian man if I could take a look at one lottery ticket that was $20 on the lottery ticket display. I wanted to see what it looked like, the whole ticket. He showed me. And then, I wasn't interested in buying the lotto ticket until next time. Out of nowhere, he told me "Now I have to put it back, don't do that to me ever again!" in an angry tone. Excuse me, I just asked to see a lotto ticket and you’re going to raise your voice at me like that? He then said "You can look at it on here!" Rudely pointing the display that only shows the title of the lotto tickets. I walked out of there quickly after paying for my snacks and receiving change. No "thank you" or "have a good night" from that old grumpy man. Garbage customer service there. I was given a harsh attitude and he doesn't seem like he enjoys doing his job.Perhaps he shouldn't even work there if he dislikes his job dealing with customers, especially being very old for his age. I would come here to buy my favorite snacks but I prefer going elsewhere. This 711 location had just lost a customer. I will not be back here after experiencing an awful service from that old man. He needs to get fired or quit his job. Do better!

Customer service matters! If you don’t want to have to deal with people and provide customer service, you should not be in a customer service industry!The pink haired guy at this 7/11 is soooo rude! He does not want to work there and should not! He huffs and puffs at everything you ask or need!!!!! As a gay man I am so kind to everyone, especially people with fun hair! And he was the worst! Also there is an older guy there that is chewing tobacco the entire time he works! Including when he is grabbing food and other items for me! Nasty nasty nasty!!!! The pink haired guy truly is the worst though!!!I will say that there is an absolutely beautiful Latin girl that does her makeup perfect, that we super love and is always kind! She should be running the place Forsure!Everyone in the world is going through it at the moment, and most of the staff at this location is taking that out on their patrons! DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!

Went to the store today at 6:15am, gave the cashier a $20 note, my total was $7:98, he only gave me $2 change and when I asked that he owes me a $10 also, he told me that I only gave him a $10 note. Asked to see the video, he told me that call at 9am when the manager/owner will be in. Once could be a coincidence but second time!!!.

I've lived in the area for 3 years, in my three years the soda and slurpe machine always worked, however it's summer and the the co2 and surplue machine have been down for months, I understand we're just supposed to "accept it" but it's odd, there Uber cards and Xbox cards won't scan and again we just have to "accept it" will be calling the hq or cooperate to complain, I'd much rather have no 7-11 then one that's specifically out of everything they have posted up on the windows, if u read all of that just go to a gas station or plaid. If we all complain they have to fix it fyi!
