This is extremely disturbing but the guy that worked in there on July 31 at 9:15 PM. Literally just tried to rip me off from my change. I think he thought I was drunk, and he asked me if I wanted my change when there was over three dollars left. I let him know, yes, I want my change, and why would you asked me that? He smiled and giggled and looked very embarrassed. Do not trust anybody in the store or around it.

The store decides to randomly close almost every night if there's employees there or not even with all posted schedules saying 24 hours.

Terrible location. Can't pick DoorDash orders correctly. There's always tweakers in the lot. Food is frequently expired.

Watch out the cashier may rob you! When going to check out my mother in law gave the cashier $10 to pay, then the cashier said it was more than $10 (for the two bags of chips) so she pulled out a credit card and handed it to him. He then charged the card the full amount, put the $10 bill in the register and when she brought up that he had kept the cash - said "who gives a f&@$". He stole her money and knew he could get away with it!! Beware!

Closed at 4:24am. Sign on door says they re open at 5. Really frustrating. I didn't know 7-11 closes at all.

The old Chinese guy that works there most of the time is literally the worst EVER. stares you down from the moment you walk in the door because so many homeless steal from there he’s convinced everybody is there to steal. (I live across the street and see it happen all the time) he just makes you feel extremely unwelcome, if you’re on the phone or taking an extra minute or two to decide on what snack you want, hes convinced you’re stealing something and will stare u down even more. He doesn’t really know what he’s doing, Doesn’t know how to communicate. Barely speaks English. always just trying to hurry up and get to the next person in line. Worst customer service ever. Plus.. the store has the bare minimum, nothing special here.

Russian male clerk approached my vehicle yelling at me and said how much longer am I going to sit in the parking lot I can leave now mind you I just pulled in I was not there 5 minutes when asked for him not to approach my vechile aggressive he told me to spend my money some where else meanwhile my mother was on the phone and overheard everything when I went inside there was a short Latino male saying he is the manager as attempting to speak to this “manager” only thing he would say over and over this is what we say to all our customers and I like the way the clerk works then the russian clerk that verbally attacked me approach the manager and me again yelling at me twice and the manager did nothing

The stupid attendee wouldn't sell me alcohol even tho I was clearly 21 years of age, I've never ran into a level of incompetents like this. I told him to to either do the math or scan the ID and he refused. This store wasted my time and lost a life long costumer. I'll be following up with a manager. F****** dumbass
