THE RUDEST COSTEMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED I CAME TO PUT MONEY ON HARD 3 17 25 AT 4:25 PM AND THE GUY STRIGHT UP LIED TO ME SAID THEY CANT AND THAT I NEEDED MY PHONE TO DO IT HE WAS UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE AND LAZY ! I had to call and Google to show him that every 7/11 does it. I'll never EVER GO THERE AGAIN AND MAKE SURE ILL LET EVERYONE KNOW HOW RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL THEY ARE they come here from middle east and act so rude im going to plaid pantry from now on.

I’m a regular and live really close to this place. Been so for many years. Many have learned and addressed me by name. The staff here help out local people who are in need. I’ve seen it first hand. It’s a rough area but they all do their best to make the store safe. The staff almost always make sure to tell me about good deals and try to make sure I’m getting maximum points and remind me to use them as much as possible before the resets. It’s a good store in a not so good area. I know it’s not the only place like that in Portland, but good on them for trying hard to make it a friendly and welcoming store.

Well there's these 2 people that work there that are good but the rest are t very personable they yell at me and my wife about our back packs your worried about shit getting stolen but I'm supposed to leave my bag at the door no sorry but that's not going to happen your right next to a max stop and the school busses stop right there you need to get over your back pack problem at least for your regulates that you see almost everyday who have not stolen anything.. from you would give a lower score but the main guy on day shift and the main noc guys are awesome people they are really the only reason I go there other than it's right in front of the apartments

Always open , not always friendly. They give the girls and demographically the same hook ups, I cant get a hello, although I go everyday and know them all by name.

Just wanted to recognize the old man worker who always be cleaning outside the property in the morning. A real hard worker who definitely knows how to do his job without bothering anyone. Kudos to you old man!! Keep up with the good work. You definitely deserve a promo. Well earned!!

I went in today to just buy a soda. I guess I was taking too long to decide as I was accused of stealing. After they investigated my belongings they allowed me to purchase my sodas and leave after yelling me they'd call the cops if I ever returned. I have NEVER stolen anything in my life. And yet here I am inside this store minding my own business and being accused of STEALING!
DO NOT GO TO THIS 7-11. There are plenty that will not accuse someone who was literally MINDING THERE OWN BUSINESS of stealing.
To the stores staff. I will be happy to give you my address so you can send the police after me for the theft that DID NOT HAPPEN!

It would be wonderful if the store that advertises itself as open 24 hrs was actually open 24 hrs. A coffee would be great right about now. Instead, I can't get in there because the night guy locks up instead of being open. He'll have the doors locked until 4 AM.

people are nice enough.If you are looking for ANY deal on drinks, go to a different 7/11or Plaid Pantry down the street. this store NEVER runs the vendor promotions (2 for $5, buy 2 get one free) on energy drinks or Pepsi/Coke products. Don't waste your money on drinks here, just go down the street to Plaid Pantry and get the deal.
