Be careful everyone who uses a debit card at register there is scamming of debit cards I’ve been scammed 2x in 2 weeks. I have reported to police and dpss they will investigate 7-11, or whoever installed it. Thank god my bank alerts me of transactions. My bank gets my money back to me both transactions are for wigs out of California and I live in Portland. Just giving you all headsup

Grabbed some gum and it said 3.99 on the tag under the product . I told the man it said 3.99 when it rang up 4.89 he walked over and looked at the tag and asked me what it says I said air the tag placed for the product says 3.99 so if that’s what not do ur job it’s not mine

Always unfriendly with a bad attitude. Most recent negative visit I complimented the cashier on the remodel looking very nice and he just stared at me. Im done being neighborly with these folks it’s a waste of time.

They don't honor the 7-11 rewards deals, went there for a hotdog special 3/3.49. The cashier debited my 7-11 wallet for over $6.00, charging me full price, then once presented with the deal said "its only participating locations" when I showed him that the deal had his locations address at the top, said there was nothing he could so. "So sorry". But then further hassled us because the inflated price of the hotdogs was going to cost us an additional 18 cents, that I ended up having to dig through my car for....because let's be honest, who keeps cash around these days? He refused to allow refund the money and literally made us take them when we offered to just not buy them. The food was terrible, the hotdogs were rubbery, and the buns were like eating a bread chewing gum. Ended up feeding them to the dog. All in all, the employees were rude, and the establishment was a mess. For example...they have a cardboarded up condiments area and basketball jerseys hanging to dry outside. We won't be back anytime soon, unless absolutely desperate!

Went there to buy lottery tickets, I asked for 4 separate tickets & he printed them out on one, when I asked him if he could reprint them , which he could but didn't, the guy at the counter was racist & rude, told me to get the F out the store, found out the next night he was the manager, I couldn't believe how rude he was& that he was a manager, wouldn't give me his name & told the other cashier's not to sell to me after I thought the issue was handled, the people there are so rude and unprofessional! If I could give no stars I would!

No small or medium cups. No atm. No soda fountain or slushy machine. No chilli or cheese but will let you buy the nachos. Hot dog buns are hard as rocks and they only have mayo for a topping..... No hot food in the case.... And coffee is cold.... WTF. Why even stay open at this point.
