Rude cashier lady scanned one of my items more than once ( isn’t the first time they tried taking money ) and gave me the wrong chicken when I went back in she acted like she didn’t just see me and was playing dumb until I said who I was just with but she took my chicken acting like she was gonna switch it out for the one I originally wanted but she didn’t all she said was she couldn’t bcz the other chicken cost more . Do better

Never fails that every single time I go to this location no matter the afternoon time they’re always shutting down their oven. What’s the point in even being a 7/11? It’s just a regular ghetto convenience store. Barely even clean if you’d call it that. Homeless usually chill outside and around the building.

Horrible customer service this is the store right by my child’s school and I’ve learned my lesson I rather drive 3 to 4 minutes Out of my way. It is not worth it.

4:30 p.m. on a Monday. Guy working by himself who speaks virtually no English. He has to do everything including prepare food and make pizzas. He was running back and forth and there were about eight people in line. Unacceptable! This has happened a few times before. From now on I go to the 7-Eleven on Stark and 92nd.

They are currently remodeling, but it’s mostly clean and on top of that they have restrooms for customers which is sweet. Always nice when a business has a restroom for customers. Check this place out. They also sell propane if you need it… just fyi

My 15 daughter went to this location today was accused of shoplifting. They made her take her jacket off, and they didn't apologize after realizing they had made a mistake because she hadn't stolen anything.

The store was stocked and had everything I wanted but the clerk at the front desk was playing with her phone and ignored me when I went to pay then dropped the change into my hand like I was an inconvenience.
