This place sucks. Clearly I'm not the only one to experience the lack of being open 24 hours at this location...7-11 is supposed to be known for being 24 hours. So disappointed

Guy keeps putting up a letter on the door saying that they’re closed and won’t open until 5 AM several times this week. It’s been like this super inconvenient.

May be the worse customer service I’ve experienced. Cashier wouldn’t stop talking on his phone, was acting like I was ruining his day just because I typed in my rewards number and wouldn’t answer me when I was trying to ask a question. I came at 11pm on a Wednesday. I go to 7-11 a lot and lately it’s just been bad experience after bad experience. Guess I shouldn’t expect anyone to want to work.

Being a transplant from socal, I have to say, pdx 7-11's SUCK.
This particular one is among the worst, although it's close to home I will no longer set foot in the parking lot.
They're never open when they're supposed to be, but you can always see an employee inside screwing around. The employees you do encounter when you can actually get in are rude and low double digit iq.
This place should be shut down and bulldozed. ?

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this 7-Eleven, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience that truly set a new standard for convenience stores. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with exceptional service that made me feel like a valued customer.
The first thing that caught my eye was the impeccable cleanliness of the store. The floors were spotless, the shelves were neatly organized, and everything was easy to find. The layout was intuitive, making it a breeze to locate all the items I needed. The bright lighting and well-maintained aisles added to the welcoming atmosphere.
7-Eleven offered a wide variety of products, from fresh food and beverages to household essentials. I was particularly impressed by the selection of ready-to-eat meals and snacks, which were both delicious and reasonably priced. The coffee station was well-stocked with fresh, hot coffee and a variety of creamers and sweeteners, perfect for starting the day right.
What truly made my visit memorable was the exceptional customer service. The staff at this 7-Eleven were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine welcome. The cashier was efficient and courteous, making the checkout process quick and pleasant.
I had a few questions about some of the products, and the employees were more than happy to assist. They were knowledgeable about the store’s inventory and even provided recommendations based on my preferences. Their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction was truly commendable.
This 7-Eleven was a model of convenience and efficiency. The store was well-stocked with all the essentials I needed, making it a one-stop shop for my quick errands. The self-service kiosks were easy to use, providing a hassle-free checkout option for those in a hurry. The availability of mobile payment options added another layer of convenience, making the whole experience seamless.
Beyond just being a convenience store, this 7-Eleven felt like a community hub. The staff knew many of the customers by name and engaged in friendly conversations, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was clear that this store plays an important role in the local community, providing not just products and services, but also a sense of connection.
My visit to 7-Eleven was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of a clean and well-organized store, a wide selection of high-quality products, and outstanding customer service made it a standout experience. This 7-Eleven has set a new benchmark for convenience stores, proving that they can offer both convenience and a personal touch. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of quick and reliable service. It truly is the best company ever, and I look forward to returning for many more visits!

Update: I tried to use the link provided by the owner to leave a review. The 2nd image shows what I got when I typed it into my browser.... Just another testimony as to how poorly this store is being run.
This store is nothing but issues. I just tried to pickup an order & there's a note on the door that says "open 5am thank you". There's an employee in the store. No idea why it's closed. I'm a delivery driver & went in once to get water, in my own bottle. The lady behind the counter started screaming at me that I had to pay 25 cents. I said I don't have it. She literally told me "put it back then"! Like seriously, it's water! I just walked out. I won't even accept orders from this store anymore. The only reason I accepted this one is cuz it was $29. Should've known there was an issue.

If I could give negative rating I would. I happen to be in the neighborhood and needed cigarettes, and so I walked into this store for the very first time. I asked my husband for our coffee cups to refill them, and while waiting for them I'm being followed by an employee. I asked if there was a problem and he shook his head. I start to come back inside, and he starts following me again. I asked him why, and he told me to get out. I got treated like a thief Entering a store for the first time. I'm disabled. I have a large bag because I have a lot of medications to carry. I also have a breathing machine to carry. So I get treated like a thief because I'm trying to live. Again if I could give a negative rating I would

Address consistently lies about when it is open. I work grave yard and live right by this place and it is almost ALWAYS closed some time after one. This isn't a new thing they have always done this and I'm so tired of it.

Understaffed and slow. Most locations have an extra staff nowadays to fill delivery orders because it's a full time need, this location has one staff for it all and they can't keep up. He kept a couple people waiting while he filled half the order then kept me waiting for more minutes while he checked out other people before finally finishing it, poor execution all around, no one was served in a timely manner. During this time he managed to short change another customer. This location also frequently locks the doors and effectively closes overnight.
