this seven eleven dosent pick up the phone at all its weird asf i just wanted to know if i left something there smh i shouldnt have to go back there when i should be able to call and mot only that by the time i do go there it will be thrown out no ones putting it in lost found ridiculous how this seven 11 acts

I like the 7-Eleven at 60th and Prescott because the people who work there are funny funny not all of them but most of them are upbeat friendly I used to go there a lot but then I move further away so whenever I get a chance to go buy it I stop in

The store it’s self is just an average 7-11 the store stays clean and organized the products stay well stocked. However the manager at this location is the most absolute rude person I’ve ever encountered. The simple fact that he has a job that touches customer service is really a bad look for all the good employees. This location has its obstacles with a small group of homeless folks that migrate to the store. But this doesn’t give the manager a reason to be extremely rude to ALL customers. But at the end of the day it’s just a 7-11 and if you have to go there this isn’t a bad stop all in all.

Horrible sound, it's so loud that it is causing pain and complications surrounding my disabilities, it can be heard from very far away and is causing a big disturbance and a distraction in traffic.
They force you to give them a valid email address when using their link, which is intrusive.

Not actually open 24/7.Frequent PAINFULLY loud squealing and beeping coming from a box on their outside wall.Absolutely abysmal customer service.Rude staff.They even ran out of mountain dew in their soda machine for two solid months.

Your noise box almost made me pass out it’s a Ada breach and prevents people with hyper sensitivity from being able to use the sidewalk bus or anything else in the area you won’t answer your phone this issue must be resolved or I will notify the American with disabilities association

This store was my favorite to go to stock up on breakfast daily, until a fat gringa in a very bad mood (mask with sequins) yelled at me in a loud and angry voice to show her a bag of ice so she could scan it.
I felt humiliated in front of other customers.
I won't go back to that local place again unless that fat woman takes customer service classes.

You guys took my review down. How is that even possible. Your employee there Nick was cussing and throwing things while I was there with my seven year old. No one has Foote. Back to me about this. Absolutely terrible customer service! If I could give negative starts I would!

This crooked cooperation will go to any lengths to cover and conceal their corruption and craft , they have proved to me that neither local, state, nor federal, law is a deterrent in their quest to conceal that one of their employees in the 7/11 on grand Ave. in Portland Oregon attacked me and with the felonious assistance of Mr. Shaun Blackman of Broadspire, changing my statement to himself about the incident, commiting perjury on legal documents to the dept of financial review for the great state of Oregon, that they have zero regard for the law and are apparently above the law and answer to none. As not even the said government department has the power nor authority to do anything about this deplorable situation of mine, unless I can hire a privet attorney costing me thousands and thousands of American dollars there is no justice for me and both 7/11 and their hired hitman, Broadspire, quietly get away with commiting multiple felonies and no one says a peep. They even scared off the BBB, shutting down my complaint that I filed with that so called non bias entity.Broad Spire Case#IN-35023-FRA-2021-0013.....7/11 Case#CS0948348-GL-Physical AssaultAnd my lawyer quit or was paid off, Zachary B.
