Had a couple of coupons, one for a free slurpee one for 2 Dollars off a pack of ciggs. They didn't know how to use either coupon. Offered no assistance to do so and the American spirit digital coupon ended up removed from my account without being used to save me money.
(When you go to redeem the digital coupon from their website it has a 5 minute timer and once you activate it for a specific location it is removed.)

Bad customer service. Coffee are cold around 8 pm. I went in tonight for some coffee and they were all out and wouldn’t make me any fresh coffee so I left and went to Dutch Bros across the street. They lost some money….

Best seven 11 i’ve been too. The lady workers there were so nice and kind. And the Traditional Spicy Chicken and the Buffalo chicken were bussin (Delicious)!!! Top teir places!
I am a very big fan of Fried Chicken. So if u want good chicken do come to place, they also have great costumer service!

The entire experience was bad. First my husband put have a car wash service at the pump but the carwash was closed. Why you sell it if you are not able to provide the service? Also the employee (3) were making fun of my when I bought a bag of pork rinds cute I complained about the charge: at the shelf is $2.89 but you charge $1.99 and I said that was a bad business practice Cruze you should charge the price on the shelf. One of the employees said SHE DOESN'T HAVE TO GIVE ME THAT PRICE SHE IS NOT OBLIGATED TO RESPECT THAT PRICE" that is a management problem, it is not about the 10 cents is because is a bad business practice. I didn't argued with them and left. The bathroom was full of paper on the floor and the toilet was dirty with poop. My 6 employees are not allowed to come back to your station to fuel the box trucks with diesel. You people are unprofessional, rude bad attitude. No coming back!!!!!!

There’s no AC in this location. Not only is it terrible for employees working. They have NO food at this location other than HOT food. No sandwiches. No breakfast sandwiches. All the chocolate in the store is melted since there is no AC. Definitely AVOID this location.
