Miss Lori was unwilling to use the register and was taking well over 5 minutes with a task; I was forced to use selfceckout despite stating I wanted to buy cigarettes which I could not use selfceckout for. Thankful for St John's deli across the street. They actually get you in and out fast.

Never has anything needed, especially large cups and soda! The floors are almost always nasty, it’s either someone working that doesn’t care enough to clean or stock. Or it’s a tweaker. Good luck. I’ve watched this 7-11 go from franchised to HQ owned, and it’s a lot worse from HQ, this is my go to 7-11, has been for 5 years. It sucks the people are lazy or too incompetent to keep it running. They finally got their tobacco products back after 6 consecutive months of selling to minors as well, so hopefully actually reads these and changes something here lol

Three customers are waiting in line to pay cash. A cashier working at this 7-11 on Saturday 4/6/24 around 6pm complaint to me that “you pay cash too?” and “when everybody will start using cards at self check out?”. Did the management at this location ever train their staff about good customer service? It seems customers are bothering them when we want to give them our business.

It feels like I am bothering them when I go to buy something. I had someone stay in their personal phone while I needed help. Bad customer service.

I live in the area and am a regular to this store. Recently they’ve gotten new management and every time I go in I have a bad interaction. They’re rude and standoffish, they’ve asked me for ID when buying pizza before, and they refused to sell me soda because I was wearing a mask for my personal protection. Beyond that, half the time during regular hours they’re not open because they’re understaffed, and I can’t blame the workers for not wanting to work for bad management. If you want convenience out of a convenience store, its not this 7/11

This store continues to decline in quality and selection of product, quality of customer service, additionally they habitually hire staff that is rude, uneducated, poorly trained and generally intolerant of the people they are paid to assist.

I can't think of something to say about seven 11 last time I was there was better 10 days ago the only problem I did have is with a customer that demanded that I give him the key for the beer cooler when it takes a driver's license to get it I am formed in after I got done getting my beer I'm going back up to the counter to get her the key back we're going back to Cali actually with the mail working at night so I'm sure short I turn the key in and there was a few threats made but nothing that important I didn't inform the management about the incident yep I like 7/11 you guys are great people keep up the good work

The stuff was very friendly. The food was hot. The pizza is inexpensive and extremely good. You get a spicy meat pizza or a pepperoni pizza cooked in about 6 minutes hot and fresh for 10 bucks. They have an app that you can earn points and the points add up very fast and with the point you can buy things for free. I enjoyed using the services of the store.

For the last several years I come by this 7/11 almost every morning. The staff are always friendly, and greet me as soon as I come in. Beyond that they have banter & good vibes to spare. Alyssia in particular is always cheerful, and working hard every time I come in. The store is consistently spotless and well stocked.Honestly, my only complaint is that management seems to be hilariously incompetent, as they're replaced every 3-12 months. More critically, whoever runs this joint seems to only hire a skeleton crew to maintain the store, which isn't fair to the employees or customers.

Bought some snacks and a lottery ticket. Paid for everything then the lady said I need to give her money for lottery ticket. Busy, so handed her the money and got a receipt. Sure enough the lottery ticket was already added to sale. They rob you at this store. Do not go to this one.

The day shift staff is fine and helpful. Night shift changes frequently. The night customer crowd is sketchy compared to daylight hours.

My favorite tacos were undercooked :( 5/10 The pizza was really good though.7/10 Prettiest disappointed considering I ordered 4 sets because off how good the mini tacos were before.

no bathroom available for customers and their checkout machine was broken. i had to awkwardly stand at the checkout for more than 3 minutes while they tried scanning an item more than 50 times, only to tell me that they ultimately couldn’t sell me anything because their system was down. in other words, they couldn’t fulfill either of the two things i needed. probably a fluke but still really annoying that i walked all the way here.
