Very, very bizarre that someone is allowing people who are mentally unstable, homeless and drug addicted to menace, push drugs and loiter on both sides of the door entrance is beyond me. Oh yeah, all while blasting a boombox for hours during the wee hours of the morning ugghh. I will never set foot in the store again.

Every single night there are people loitering outside , selling drugs , and playing loud music. It must be the cashier who gets a kick back. The entire neighborhood would be safer without it . Cannot wait until plaid pantry opens and it's safe to go out and grab something.

They have quite the variety of snacks and drinks. The people that work there are very friendly and there's always a smile on my face whenever I walk out of the door. Great store!

This place has gotten incredibly dirty and disorganized over the past month or so. I refuse to stop in anymore. Plaid pantry across the street is much cleaner and pleasant.

Second time that I’ve dealt with the same exact cashier, not being able to scan my box wine. Every other cashier has been able to scan it and it’s worked. He refuses to do anything or talk to his manager about it. Ridiculous.

There is always happy vibes in this. All the staff I have encountered are always polite, friendly and kind. The food is always hot and fresh. And I always leave with a smile. Idk anyone's name but the ladies that work on Wednesday's at around noon are the best crew

I live 2 houses away from this location. Come here a few times a week on average. Have ALWAYS had good service from the cashiers. Today I came to 7/11 to purchase 2 slices of pizza and a Coca Cola. The cashier informed me that my girlfriend and I stole from them a couple weeks back. Flabbergasted by the accusation naturally I tried to defend myself and character. From their perspective it wasn’t an accusation but apparently a fact. Which made it even more disheartening after all the previous positive interactions I have had with the employees. Whichever manager accused my gf and myself of theft seriously needs to re-check the video evidence. I go to this location all the time and now I am not allowed back in. What the heck!

Don’t come here unless you want to be accused of theft when 1) you did not and 2) they’re unable to present any logical evidence. Sad for our community members to be subjected to such poor customer experiences

Hello to the readers My visit to the store didn't go very well, the Guy behind the counter was mean and very judgemental to me and refused to sell me my items and said I look a little funny , I said what? As that statement was a bit ridiculous, I don't live in Portland just was there visiting my friend whom just received life-changing medical news.I am a 60 year old black lady that he decided to call the police. Sad day for me I could've been shot. It's my feelings. I will never return there.

Generally everyone here is extremely friendly. They now have a tall, thinner black girl who is just obnoxious, mouthy and rude. Easy to see why she was looking for a job recently, too bad these guys hired her.Sounds right or not, she is not a very good representation of your brand at all.When i questioned a different employee about a price discrepancy, that girl ignored her customer to butt in and said “we arent walmart. You pay what the system says” even though it was clearly posted as a different price. Then continued to run her mouth as i was leavingAll the other employees there are great, this one ruins your store
