Ive never had any issues here. The guy who works graveyard twice a week Jaun and Allen are in my opinion the best employees there. The owner is really nice and it's pretty consistent with everything there. Definitely my favorite 7-eleven .

Usually old guy working Graves is pretty nice. Had 1 day where a guy just started grocery shopping and ignored the line.Went to get some munchies (I forgot my wallet tonight. Oops).Asked if I could come right back (he hadnt even started the transaction yet). Takes 2 minutes to leave and come right back and get some snide remark. ("This is why I do my banking before I leave.")Nobody was there and wasn't holding anybody up except maybe him and his busy schedule of twiddling his thumbs. He has already expressed trying to get a job at Jackson's because they're better. Hopefully he works on customer service skills before/if that happens.

The kid working 10/8/23 graveyard shift is one of the rudest most disrespectful little entitled brats i have ever met!!! I will drive to the other side of town before I will walk in there again! The way he treated the older man in front of me seriously made me want to snap! Hire someone else because I'm not the only one that will go somewhere else because of the same kid...

Came in this morning like most other days, with my dog which has been no issue until now. The store manager or owner, whichever one can say the store is theirs, was unappreciative of having my dog there.I was checking out when he walked in the front door, my dog barks at him as he passed by.When people don’t acknowledge him he barks, because it makes him suspicious of them, why wouldn’t someone pet him like normal in his mind.I got told to keep him close, and the last thing he (store manager) needs would to be bit. He started to tell my dog what to do and was disgruntled about the whole thing slightly crossing boundaries vocally. He said he was scared when my dog barked and that I didn’t care and that I didn’t say sorry. I told him that my dog barked at him for a reason and that initially right after it happened I did say sorry and pulled him in.Regardless, in my perspective I don’t believe there should have been an issue, nobody else was in the store, I keep him close already. So I’m sorry to whoever his name is, but I don’t believe that was very effective towards getting what you wanted or communicating you’re intent.

Lady was extremely rude, slamming my products around and getting mad her machine wouldnt work on my card. Then she charged me $12 too much. Waiting for a response from 711 to get refund

Lady was extremely rude, charged me too much because she didnt bother to read the coupons i was using. She needs to be replaced if this is her attitude on a daily basis. It was like watching a toddler throwing a fit and ringing people up at the same time.

The primary manager, possibly the owner of this place is a really nice guy. That religious zealot woman with a Bible on the counter needs to be fired I will not return to your establishment as long as that racist rude woman continues to worker there. The Plaid Pantry up the street is open and is a three minute drive. She is rude to the customers, put my beer in its side after scanning it and was very unpleasant to me and other people of color within the store.I guess Buy2w or Plaid Pantry are newer options, as I will not return to a store with such angry workers that try to push their beliefs on me.

I feel like the cashier would be better suited to work at Plaid Pantry. Not exactly rude, more...quirky. IYKYK. Oddly out of diet Coke 1L like every other store in Portland. Ran out of iced coffee mid-pour. Overall we left unsatisfied. Not terrible but not great either.

This morning was the 2nd time the person working here told me I didn't have to stop there if I didn't want to. This mornings issue was the number portal where you put in your phone number to receive the rewards. It was sticky and I asked if he cleans it because of covid and he said they don't have time because they are too busy. Gross.

I went in there to buy a Juul battery, in which they sold me a defective one along with my 6 pack of beer (blue light of death off the spot). After a sec, I realized what had happened and returned to try and get a replacement... only to get screamed at for having only a valid passport for my ID (my driver's license recently expired so I only have the paper version) and yelled at until I left because apparently this was a disturbance. I only wanted a pack of Juul branded pods to test if things were right or not... and that was what threw it over the edge. This staff is soooooo hypocritical and made me drive to 45th and Multnomah to exactly see the issue. Why even sell me beer and a battery if you won't look at literally the most valid ID option in the world?! After growing up in Garden Home for 25 years, I will never go back to this place.
